The first part of the process is finding the correct skull and antlers, then these are brought into the workshop to be moulded. Using silicone rubber and plaster moulds, perfect wax replicas are created. These are then dipped multiple times in a liquid ceramic solution to create a protective shell, the wax is them melted out and the bronze is poured at over 1100 degrees centigrade. The metal piece is then finished and patternated and the sculpture is finished, a long and complicated process but it creates the best results.
